Your drums have a very unique flavour to them. Sounds a lot alike your other one. I like your style!
Nice ambients around the minute mark, the way they fade in and out, like breathing, is soothing.
Track on the whole is enjoyable so good job!

Red Dead vibes! Nice start!
Drums kick in well, very well actually.
Then you take it to funk land with some hip hop scratches. Very cool dude wow!
I love the glitch in this and your arps.
Every few bars is so varied dude yet the beat and that guitar keep it in the same track.
Definitely a winner!
I'd play whatever this was made for!
Off the top of my head it strikes action mystery detective business with slapstick comedy elements.
Dude your composition skills are off the hook!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice dude. Only gripe would be the flow. Just needs something to glue together the sections. Perhaps some percussion or reverb on the tail?
The bits where you pause are making it tricky to stay engaged with the piece as they dont quite feel like natural pauses. For example at 1:29.
Dont let the volume fully fall off. Use some ambience via your reverb or delay to add a mini bridge of sorts. It also lets the listener know something is coming.
Using varied dynamics is nice. Just be careful not to contrast too high and jump out, especially the piano. At times it goes quiet then suddenly jumps really loud.
That style is fitting for a horror piece, it creates an unnerving feeling, but for a calm piece it's a bit much imo.
Hope this helps, peace
Very floaty, up there in the stars type vibes.
The intro and drops are very chilled and sweet. The transition between the two wasnt quite right. Not sure why but it caught me off. Maybe have a slight more emphasis on the build into it? I think it's your transition from high pass to regular on the reverb of the vocals thats throwing it off a bit. Rather than a smooth shift, its immediate which gives a clipped feel. Not sure if your playing with the stereo imaging too right before the drop, but the drop needs smoothing out. Let the bass and other elements take up the bottom end and keep your high passed on then gently fade it lower and out.
Otherwise a great track dude.
Well done!
yea, I need to work on my transitions, thanks for the tips again :)
Nice hand drums dude. Well nice playing on all the instruments tbh!
Such a percussion driven piece.
Would fit perfectly in a South American crime movie!
2:10 is nuts dude!!!!!!!!!!
What is that?????
Almost reminds me of black hawk down with hans zimmer!
Nice work dude, really really fantastic towards the end.
Cant say much about the mixing, sounded fine on headphones tbh! Will need to have a closer listen on my monitors.
Anymore tracks like this one?
Hey, thanks! I actually hadn't played brass for years before I did this piece. I rescued the instruments, including my snare, after my dad's place had been looted since his passing, literally a couple days before recording this.
That's a shenai. It's an Indian instrument similar but not quite like a violin, usually played in minor over a drone note.
Glad you liked it! There might be a few. Oncoming Storm is another background theme, and maybe The Death, and maybe Urban Vibe.
Poetic! :)
Very ambient piece dude, fits well around the story above. Favourite bits are those subtle pianos that come in and out e.g. 1:35
Keep up the interesting work and lemme know if you want more reviews :)
Sounds like final boss battle! Quite gothic themes. Almost phantom like. Nice :)
Great premise and a lovely intro! Definitely feeling those airy vibes pulling me up like come on dude, it aint actually that bad.
Very soft piece and chilled vibes. Nice selection of synth again, very retro feel to it and your percussion is almost talking to me with its tuning.
Very cool dude and quite a clean sound overall. Definitely fits around your premise well! Your increase in synths and sounds over the track really emphasise the going from bad to feeling better and fuller!
Edit: only thing I didnt like was the fade out. Feel like it should have ended with volume and perhaps a melody or whatever. It kinda makes it like the happy is fading away.
Back in the flow of things!
